The Chicago Women's History Center is honored to host its second annual conference on Chicago Women’s History on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Roosevelt University. This conference brings scholars, researchers, and advocates for a full day of panels, workshops, and discussions dedicated to the historical and contemporary circumstances that impact and shape women’s lives. Last year we explored the theme Past and Present Strategies to Advance the Rights of Women and this year we are looking at the broader theme of health.
Earlybird registration opens on Monday February 23, 2026 and includes a full year of membership to Chicago Women’s History Center.
Current members who renewed annual dues on January 1, 2026 or after receive a 50% discount.

About the Conference
Chicago Women’s History Center is working in partnership with DePaul University, Evanston History Center and Women & Leadership Archives at Loyola University Chicago to host the conference on Saturday, March 21, 2026. We are delighted to announce additional sponsors; include Skyline Village Chicago who are supporting scholarship places for early-career student historians, researchers, and writers to attend the conference.
The scholarship application will open on February 14, 2026 and close on March 2, 2026.
