Bianca Milligan Garcia

Bianca Milligan Garcia is a lifelong Chicagoan, independent public historian, and an Associate Curator in the Exhibits Department at the Chicago Public Library. She earned her Master's Degree in History from Roosevelt University and focuses on making history accessible, engaging, and relevant to broad audiences beyond academia. Her work in exhibitions and public programming emphasizes underrepresented histories and broadens public understanding. She is currently preparing to launch a podcast about Chicago women's history.
